Ground Work
For those going through something that feels bigger than they can make sense of on their own. This process is a conversation that reveals what's actually true for you by uncovering any self-narratives that are creating inner conflict or contraction.I’m a contemplative practitioner with 25+ years of meditation, therapeutic bodywork, yoga, teaching and listening. I'm also a carpenter by trade, so experience in staying true to oneself while accommodating necessities is a specialty. To get a sense of who I am, have a listen to the Empty Empty Happy Happy podcast link below.— Luke
The work and reward of an honest conversation
One of the things that makes evolution difficult is that it most often comes through discomfort. Challenging old ways of being can be easier with someone who has navigated the terrain and can speak to the sometimes complex thoughts and feelings that arise. Often, the right question can cut through to what is essential, relieving the stress and resistance that builds up when we don't have the time or space to ask ourselves the more pertinent questions. Your Practice
Renovating one's identity is a constant, despite appearances to the contrary. Finding a practice that helps navigate internal friction means taking responsibility for renovation when required. Be it meditation, exercise in nature or a breath practice, finding what works for you is a key to simplifying the process. You could ask questions of an AI app, and by all means, do so if it helps. What it doesn't have is the energetic signature of hard-won peace. See below for links to some spacious guided meditations. For personal meditation guidance, please get in touch.

An example
A mate had a very tough breakup recently from a relationship that had lifetime vibes attached to it. During our ongoing conversations about it, the realisation dropped in for him that what was happening now said less about the circumstances and much more about what he’d brought with him into the relationship. That shift — from “what happened to me” to “what have I brought with me” — is one of the most quietly profound moments a person can have. It’s also one of the hardest to arrive at alone. This is the kind of conversation I sit or walk with people in. Asking the right questions and listening, so a person can feel what’s more deeply true underneath the story playing in their mind.If you’re in the middle of something that feels bigger than what’s on the surface, feel free to reach out.— Luke
